You may now be aware that we have moved premises and are still looking for an alternative drop in office. Our aim is for us to collect rents and top ups to save the hassle of coming to the office, worry about carrying money and speed up payments being made. This will also provide us with more contact at the property and enable us to carry out inspections or assess problems more efficiently.

We will be carrying out inspections on all property to ensure that they meet the accreditation standards and all properties will need an energy assessment carried out in the future. This will be done over the coming months.
Accredited properties and EPC will need a survey of the property done. |
